(via wild thicket)
A brief daydream with a friend had us walking through Bazaar shops and recycled furniture storehouses aaaahing and drooling over many things. A daydream that we could have this little flat somewhere and fill it.
Shelves of glass bottles, leather arm chairs, hand painted wooden screens - I had my fair share of thinking about it over the weekend. But these three things I wasn't allowed to bring into our imaginary space. So here they are ranted:
1. Flying ducks.

I couldn't even get a good response with swallows instead - the prettier version of this kitschy classic. Maybe the following would be allowed: ?
. . .
2. A little shelf of cameras

To house my little collection already in existence, and to nurture its growth :) So they won't after all, be so very unused.
. . .
3. A cluster of frames

I've seen it with Frankie's Spaces Magazine with this cross-stitch collection (how adorable?!) - and also like the second image here and the top one of this post- I find it awfully lovely. Even taping your day's flower pickings to the walls!
