Okay so here is a DIY project ( I just love them!) from Nylon Magazine;
They mix it themselves, so it wont break the bank.
How? How! How?! you say....
Mix six parts of an opaque white polish, with three parts of Sally Hansen's Insta-dri in "Brisk Blue" and one part of a forest green polish (Try CND's "Green Scene")
Voila.
